Refunds
Products may be returned for a full refund less all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee and credit cards fees. Service
In the powered paragliding industry, in general, equipment is serviced by the manufacturer directly. This saves time and shipping expense. It can often be confusing to determine which manufacturer should provide the service. If you are experiencing a problem with your equipment, contact Lite Touch. Shipping
For larger packages such as paramotors and wings, you must sign for receipt upon delivery of these items. Your signature confirms all the shipment has been received in its entirety and that all the contents are in good condition, no damaged or missing parts.
